LKN Forex Pvt. Ltd. (“we”), New Janpath Complex, Ashok Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow, operates lknforex.com. This page explains what information we collect on the website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

Information you give us

When you use Order Now, Get a Better Rate or Set Rate Alert, we ask for a 10-digit Indian mobile number so the Hazratganj desk can call or WhatsApp you about a currency, forex-card or remittance enquiry. If you email us, we also receive the address and message you send.

We do not sell that information. It is used only to quote, complete KYC at the desk, and fulfil the transaction you asked for. KYC documents (passport, ticket, PAN and similar) are collected in person at the counter, not through this website.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device type, approximate city, and whether traffic came from search, a link, or a direct visit. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers on your browser for this. We do not use Analytics to identify you by name, and we do not send your enquiry mobile number to Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry numbers and emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up required by the transaction. Transaction and KYC records that we must keep under Indian foreign-exchange rules are held at the desk according to those rules, not on this website.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the enquiry details we hold, or ask us to delete them, by emailing lknforex@gmail.com or calling +91-9795400500. You can also block Analytics cookies in your browser or with a tracking blocker; the site will still work.
